Something I have struggled with since the birth of Everly in March 2014 is regaining a solid fitness routine. If you know me, you know how much I love and crave my time to exercise. For me exercising isn’t about losing weight. In fact that is the last thing on my mind. Rather I love how working out makes me feel on the inside and out. There is no better feeling than looking in the mirror after a good workout session seeing that sweat glistening atop of my glowing skin. Let’s not forget about that amazing endorphin high either. Exercising is my happy drug. There is no better way to put it. It never fails to relieve my stress and always leaves me feeling happier than ever.

Prior to the birth of Everly, I had it all planned out in my head how I would squeeze in my postpartum workouts once I got the a-okay at my 6 week check-up. Little had I anticipated that my body would take a lot longer to heal than normal, and that Everly would only ever willing nap in my arms. I found myself sitting on the couch pinned under the nursing pillow for what felt like ever. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the snuggles, but sometimes I just wanted to catch a break.

Shortly before Everly’s first birthday, I transitioned Everly to nap in her cribs. While she may not nap in her crib for very long. At least I know I have at minimum 20 minutes of me time. A time I can use to just veg and relax, clean, respond to emails or exercise.

20 minutes may not seem like a whole lot of time to workout, but you have to roll with the punches and take what you can get.


Usually when I’m short on time I will do a workout from TRANSFORM by moveBALL™; a professionally developed home exercise program, by Anita Parker, that provides you with 30 workouts to complete over the course of 30 days.     I have struggled with getting into an exercise routine. With Transform with moveBALL, I am hoping to finally do that. I just turned 50 and have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life and need to do something.

    Sometimes, I’m just so wiped after my commute on the train, all I want is my jammies! Being able to do this at home, or on the weekend at the gym with my girls, would be awesome!

      With my toddler and being a single mom, there isn’t any gym time or a set exercise time. This would be great to have some mommy time when he goes down for the night. Would be a treat for myself that rarely ever happens. It is easy , only 30 days to make a change, hone gym in a box. Thanks

    With 2 little ones, I rarely have time for myself and I have been wanting to get back in shape to my pre-baby weight. I love that this program allows you to do it at your own time with amazing results in such a short period of time!

    I would love to try this workout program because I enjoy at home workouts. Currently I use youtube videos, but I’ve been wanting to try a new program. I love that it has different workouts incorporating strength, endurance among other things.

    I need a challenge to kick me in the ass!!!!!!!! I lost 15 lbs after having my second daughter but now it pounds are starting to come back on and i need to get rid of em! I have never heard of this before! I love that it is a whole kit and you do it for 30 days. that would make me not wanna miss a day !

    I think that you can adapt the program to exactly what fits for you and that is an excellent option so no excuses not to do the workout

    I love that it is a “challenge” that has a specific time frame for a goal. That would have me more likely to finish the 30 days. It looks fun too!

    I definitely need this! My husband and I made a commitment to exercise more but I find I don’t have a lot of time for workouts, but I think i can total do this.

    I like the fact that this is physical exercise that is more in my line than dancing around no matter how much energy that might cost. At my age it won’t be easy but I do want to lose some flab and tone up my muscles but don’t fancy signing up anywhere so this is just up my street. I also found out that this is a professionally developed home exercise program.

    I hate exercising and being stuck in one spot (like a cycle). I can do this in my yard, or in the house. I need the toning.

    I would love being able to do this anytime at home on my schedule. Sometimes it’s so difficult to have a set time to workout everyday. Also being able to adapt it to me is great!

    Since losing over 100 pounds, I have found the last 15 pounds really hard to lose and I am dealing with excess skin. I think this would help me tighten up my skin and help me shed these last pounds. It would be amazing to finally reach my goal!

    I love that this work out comes with “video support showing all movements, including options for intensity” and that it also comes with all the equipment needed to do the work-out at home. i have been getting bored with my current work out and skipping it a lot of days so I need something new to get me going again.
