Individual Taco Pizza

Tuesday is commonly known as Taco Tuesday around my house. It is the one and only day each week that I can be rest assured that my children will sit down at the dinner table without a fuss and clean their plates without a protest.

While I like to enjoy tacos with my family from time to time, I will quite often search for other Cheesy Mexican Recipes that I can enjoy while my children devour their tacos.  One of my recent alternatives being an Individual Taco Pizza.

Individual Taco Pizza

  • 1 lb. ground chicken or ground beef, cooked and crumbled (fat drained)
  • 1 package Old El Paso Soft Taco Kit

  • 6 tbsp Old El Paso Thick ‘n Chunky Salsa
  • 2/3 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mexicana Cheese
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • shreds of lettuce, sour cream and guacamole, garnish (optional)
