If there is one thing that you have learned about me over the years, it is that you know I absolutely love cheese. I love to cook with cheese. I love to pair wine with cheese, and apple pie too. Cheese to me is the bees knees. One of my all-time favourite comfort foods.

A cheese I often pick up from the grocery store is Saputo’s Mozzarellissima.

Mozzarellissima is known for it’s great buttery taste that is great for cooking with, as it has superior stretching and melting qualities.

Personally, I could sit down at the table with a glass of Mezzacorona Pinot Grigio, my cutting board and Mozzarellissima, and eat slice after  slice. This cheese is that good. It is like the key to my heart.

However, if you are not like me, and would much rather enjoy your cheese melted in a savoury dish, then you will just love this recipe for The Ultimate Lasagna.
