A few weeks ago my husband and I traveled to Niagara Falls for the weekend to celebrate our 7 year wedding anniversary. On our way home we took a leisurely drive along the Niagara escarpment to Niagara on the Lake. We had to make a pit stop at the Queenston Heights outlook along the escarpment, as the wee bundle needed to breastfeed. This created the perfect photo opportunity!

Did I mention I had a similar photo taken in this exact spot when I was 16 week pregnant with Everly?

Yep… And here we all are now!

While I was breastfeeding Everly, my husband took a hike down the escarpment to check out Redan Battery.

There are so many hidden gems and history to be enjoyed in Niagara. Probably why it is one of my favourite tourists spots to hit up whenever a staycation opportunity arises!

I have most definitely never been to that exact spot. Very pretty and I have never heard of Redan Battery. Second of all, I LOVE that name Everly. Very very pretty.

Beautiful photos and such a sweet little one 🙂 The Niagara area has some lovely areas to drive through and we make a point to head down a few times a year just to enjoy it!
