The title of this post says it all, doesn’t it?!

While it may not feel like Spring for the better part yet, I’m sure many of you are with me in welcoming Spring with open arms! All we need is for the milder temperatures to set in, and all this snow to melt.

Usually at this time of year, I am just arriving back from a luxurious vacation in a tropical destination with my family.

However this year, we decided to forego the annual family vacation and remain closer to home. All for good reason of course!

You see… I recently became a Mom of 3. Life has certainly gotten a lot busier around my home. While I am still adjusting to life as a “new” Mom, I am also learning to set time aside for myself. I have been known to put myself on the back burner, especially when a newborn enters the picture. This time I am hoping the 3rd time is the charm, and I can learn to set a little more time aside for myself. Even if that time is used to do something as minuscule as enjoying simple bubble bath once the hubby arrives home from work or a little online retail therapy. Heaven knows – this Momma could use a fresh new wardrobe!

AND – can you blame me for wanting to refresh my wardrobe when this seasons Spring Colour report features these hot shades:

Colour Trends

I’m seriously in love with all of them, especially Cayenne and Hemlock.

A spring jacket that I am currently coveting is the Nevada/MD Liana Polyurethane Quilted Jacket from Sears Canada.

Seriously – how cute would this jacket look with a fitted tee or knit sweater, a pair of skinny jeans and fashionable boots.

My favorite spring style is Khaki capris and tank tops! And yes my kids will always look fashionable because they have me to guide them 🙂

I like all of the floral prints that are coming out. After this cold, drab winter, I am ready for some colour. I will wear it.

I like all the new spring colours. Lots of pastels this year. I usually prefer my daughter in brighter colours, so we will see what she will wear for the shoot.

Pretty pastels and I’d get everyone to dressed up in pastels if I could!

I am going to encourage my son to wear bright colours for the spring for the photo shoot. It would be nice to have some colour in the photos.
