Winter is just around the corner, and I’m sure old man winter is preparing to roar in like the lion he is. If you live in certain parts of Canada, I’m sure you have already experienced old man winter’s wrath, snow et al. Luckily, we have yet to see any snow here in South Central Ontario. We have had a few flurries, but no real accumulation.
Recently I was introduced to a product called EcoTraction. EcoTraction was developed by Mark Watson after his dog died from licking harmful road salts.
Mark did his research following the passing of his furbaby and came to quickly realize that there were no non-toxic road salt alternatives available in the marketplace. This lead Mark on a mission to develop an all-natural, eco-friendly traction substance – EcoTraction.
EcoTraction is made from naturally occurring-volcanic material. It’s eco-friendly, kid-friendly and pet-friendly. I love that EcoTraction is eco-friendly and not harmful to children or animals. Being a Momma to an Australian Shepherd puppy and two young children safety is really important to me. What made me even more fond of EcoTraction is knowing that it was recently a recipient of the PTPA Seal of Approval.
Further, EcoTraction has been known to provide unbeatable traction and grip in the Winter months. Perfect for those like me who are prone to slips and falls. I’m a clutz, what can I say!
As soon as the snow melts and the Spring blossoms, you can simply sweep the EcoTraction granules into your grass/garden. EcoTraction doubles as away to help improve your soil and help your grass / garden thrive.
I have to admit that I have not yet had the opportunity to thoroughly review EcoTraction. However, I surely cannot wait for our first snowfall, so that I can put it to the test. Being that this product is parent tested, parent approved says a lot. It holds my faith that EcoTraction truly is an amazing product and exceeds it’s consumers expectations in every way imaginable.
EcoTraction can be found at many major retailers, including: Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Shoppers Drug Mart, Home Hardware, and many other retailers.
To keep in the loop with EcoTraction you can connect with them on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube!

Here’s your chance to win an EcoTraction prize pack that will take care of your family’s winter needs. No slips and falls, no issues getting the car out of an icy driveway. Stay safe this winter with EcoTraction!

It really nice that some companies are thinking about the environment. We should encourage their initiative and buy their products. Great concept.
