Father’s Day is this upcoming Sunday the 17th. Can you believe June is half over already?! Wow!!
This weekend, I will be celebrating my Dad, Father-in-law and husband with our annual Backyard BBQ. It’ll be a real treat as my Father-in-law hasn’t been in attendance over the last few years. I know my hubby is pretty darn excited.
I love playing host whenever the opportunity falls in my hands. Today I excitedly prepared the meal plan for Sunday’s festivities.
Hash Brown & Egg Casserole – The great thing about this recipe is that you can make it the night before. Pop it in the fridge overnight and throw it in the oven the next morning. Easy peasy and delicious!
I’m planning to treat to my hubby to a pint and some wings at Wild Wing.
