I first noticed “teether” styled jewelry when I first became a Mom.  It never really dawned on me what this jewelry was until recently. I always had just assumed it was just a new style of jewelry on the market. I never thought to put two and two together; Y’know… that the “teether” jewelry could indeed be stylish jewelry for Mom… as well as a safe way for baby teethe. Seriously, how genius is that?!

I was recently introduced to Teethease Canadian line of jewelry for parents that’s also safe for babies to teethe on. The collection offers affordable, stylish and practical accessories for new moms and caregivers in a range of bright, fresh colours. The pieces are great for parents on-the-go as babies can soothe their gums on the wearable, flexible donuts, bangles or “rocks.”

The Teethease line is BPA- and PVC-free, and contains no phthalates, heavy metals or latex and the smooth surfaces are made from hypoallergenic, medical-grade, FDA-approved silicone. Teethease also qualifies for EN-71, the highest international safety standard.

What really appealed to me about Teethease was the design and colour options of the jewelry. The jewelry is not just made out of some cheap plastic. It’s designed to look stylish. The jewelry is not something I’d be opposed to wearing with my everyday attire. It adds that extra bit of splash to your wardrobe. And a bonus – my son loves it too!
My son is currently cutting his eye teeth. We all know how much teething sucks. Between the fussing, refusal to eat and sleepless nights… it can be quite tiresome. Teethease has warranted me that extra few minutes of quiet time; all the while I get to sneak in a few extra snuggles with a content, happy little man. What’s not to love about that?!

Teethease provides an effective way for infants to teethe safely, and offers a fun alternative to a soother or a plastic teething toy that often falls to the bottom of a diaper bag,” said owner Lindsey Sardi-Dubuc. “With the highest safety ratings, parents can rest assured that their children are not exposed to harmful chemicals.”

I could use a Teethease Pendant because my baby is always trying to chew on my regular jewelry which is not good for her.

I think I like the pendants the best. These, actually. It’s the closest to something that I would wear. My son is always trying to crunch on my James Avery Cross necklace… I never take it off, but I may start if I get one of these, replacing it for a while for safekeeping…

I don’t have anything like this, so I think it’d be a great addition to not only my jewelry box, but to my son’s chewing addiction he has started.

I could use the pendant since my daughter is teething something awful right now and when we are out she has taken to chewing on my shirt or anything she can find on so this would definitely help stop some of that.
