If you’re like me (and many people) you were excited early this week by the prospect of there being a possible sequel to Ferris Beuller’s Day Off. Only to have that hope squashed into absolute nothingness when this commercial was released.

Anyone else bummed that there won’t be a sequel?

Got to hand it to Honda. Their marketing team succeeded at making this commercial go viral. Its been chatted up; shared vastly in the media. The conversations are flowing and everyone is now remembering the Honda name. Job well done, Beuller.

    You’re absolutely right. There’s always a possibility for a sequel. This marketing attempt was well played by Honda and has set a very high bar.
