We all have our weaknesses. Cheesecake and poutine are mine… of course.. not together!

One of my previous colleagues introduced me to her version of a no bake cheesecake in 2008. It was delicious and so easy to make! It became my go-to recipe during the holiday season. If I’m ever asked to bring a dessert, this is the first recipe I flock to. Come now… who doesn’t love a good cheesecake?
Crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup of honey
1 brick of cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Combine graham crackers, butter and honey. Mix until evenly covered. Press into bottom of a round cake pan.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend with processor until smooth. 
Pour over graham crust. Smooth out evenly and refrigerate. I usually will prepare mine 24 hours ahead of time.
