In my recent theme of focusing on getting healthy, fit and just back on track… it is only fitting!
A couple weeks ago Petra from Petra King Photography and Sarah from Sleeping is for Losers introduced me to the Green Monster. Petra and Sarah had been tweeting about their love for green smoothies. Naturally it peeked my interest, so Sarah told me to check out her video.
Initially I was quite weary of the whole idea of a ‘green smoothie’. I couldn’t imagine how it could possibly taste good! That was until I made one.
Traditionally when I make them I include:
- Banana (one, broken into pieces)
- Strawberries (4 to 5 strawberries, halved)
- Spinach (handful of spinach, stems removed)
