We’re officially back in Standard Time. We gained an extra hour, so why is it that most of us are suffering from a standard time hangover?! I always find it reversed. When we make the move to daylight savings time, I always feel so rejuvenated. However, the move to standard time always leaves me feeling like I haven’t slept in eons. A cruel trick for parents of young children, I tell ya.

Over the weekend, we fell off the bandwagon a little. The menu I had planned just never unfolded. Friday morning I woke up to our main floor “bathroom” flooded, our dishwasher sprung a leak, and our kitchen sink was leaking. They say bad things come in threes… There’s no denying that. So we spent most of the weekend working on household renovations. I also went to Toronto’s Bridal Show with my best friend on Sunday. It was a busy, but fun weekend to say the least.

Monday: Crock Pot Hash Brown Soup
Tuesday: Crock Pot Saucy Chicken (another of my Grandmother’s fabulous recipes)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Fussili alla Carbonara
Thursday: Crock Pot Chili Lime Chicken Tacos
Friday: Leftovers or order in night
Saturday: Balsamic Raspberry Turkey Spaghetti
Sunday: Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
