Can you believe it’s the middle of November already?! I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that Christmas is only a month and a half away.

I’ve been finding over the last little while that menu planning has become a lot easier for me. I’m not the type of girl that likes to always have the same meal. I’m always looking for new recipes to try. Particularly crock pot recipes. I find the crock pot has cut my meal prep time in half. It’s just so easy and convenient. What’s not to love about that!?

Without further ado, here’s my menu plan for the week:

Sunday: Chicken, Lentil, Vegetable Noodle Soup
Monday: French Dip **Would’ve been yummy had I remembered to turn the crock pot on this morning**
Tuesday: Salsa Ranch Chicken and Rice
Wednesday: Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie
Thursday: Turkey Spaghetti in a Balsamic Raspberry Sauce
Friday: Leftovers or take out
Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Penne
