It’s here! My final week of Booty Camp Fitness.
Go big or go home. That’s my mantra for this week. We have 4 classes back to back this week. I have a feeling I’m going to be feeling some pain come Friday. It’s totally worth it though. No pain, no gain.
Last week our Booty Camp had to be cancelled due to a flu clinic being run in our training room. Bummer. It did suck, but it also worked in my favour. I had planned to sit out of Booty Camp for a few sessions. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to be there because I did… Sarah suggested I take a break. I had come down with that nasty bug going around. I was all achy, dizzy and full of ‘blah’. My shoulder had also been bothering me. It just piled up. It was like my body was begging for a rest. I had to obey. Trust me when I say I’m not good at just resting! For a workout, I just stuck with my jump rope. Did you know that in just 15 minutes you could burn 200 calories skipping rope? It’s always been a go to of mine if I’m short for time!
I’m rearing to jump right back into the swing of things. Today is my rest and cheat day. I want my body to feel rejuvenated come tomorrow and rearing to go!
