Last week was a bit of a hit and miss. I was on track with the menu plan until Thursday, and then it all went downhill from there. Ah well – what can ya do except admit your faults and try, try again.

This week, I’m swearing by my trusty ol’ crock pot! Hearty, comfort foods. Nothing better!

Monday: Slow cooker ribs and french fries
Tuesday: Baked Potato Soup
Wednesday: Homemade Pizza
Thursday: Homemade Chicken Noodle and Lentil Soup with Veggies
Friday: Hubby’s birthday, so we’ll probably head out for dinner
Saturday: Dinner downtown for hubby’s birthday
Sunday: Family dinner

Man, do I ever seem to be getting off easy this week! Ha.
