Mimosas are a classic cocktail that combines equal parts of sparkling wine or champagne and citrus juices, like orange juice. Mimosas are often consumed on the holidays with Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day brunch. You may also found it commonly enjoyed at weddings, particularly as the bride and her ‘maids ready for the special day. I can certainly attest to being one of those brides who enjoyed many mimosas on the morning of her big day.
However, there may be some situations that arise where you may wish to consume a mimosa, but are held back from indulging as result of the alcoholic content. For this reason, I have created a non-alcoholic sparkling pomegranate mimosa recipe. The non-alcoholic sparkling mimosa makes for a great alternative to serve non-drinking guests, and it is always well received.
