This past October, I had the opportunity of popping into Vaughan Mills on my way to the Blissdom Canada Conference. It had been my first time visiting the mall, and I have to say I was taken back by the size of the mall! It’s huge. Seriously. I felt like I could have run a marathon while in there shopping.

From what I have heard Vaughan Mills is the place to visit during the holiday season, and I can totally see why.

Boy2 Banner - V3

This year, Vaughan Mills is offering a new take on a family Christmas tradition by upping the Christmas magic by extending the annual one-on-one experience and photo with Saint Nick into a new narrative, “Santa’s Magical Key.”

Through the use of “Elf magic”, each key is created specifically for the home of the family visiting Santa. The magical key gives only Santa access into the children’s homes on Christmas Eve so he can deliver their gifts – chimney or no chimney.

One hundred per cent of proceeds from photo packages sold will be donated to SickKids in support of the Possibilities Fund at SickKids. In just over two weeks of the program, Vaughan Mills has raised $80,000 towards its goal of $100,000. In addition, four families in the community were featured in a touching video, speaking about what matters most to children this Christmas – love and family time.

If you live in the GTA, make a point of visiting Vaughan Mills this holiday season and enjoying the magical experience of Santa’s Tiny Big Town.
