Quite often during nap time at my home, you will either find my hunkered down working on a project for one of my latest social media clients or you will find me squeezing in a quick workout. Usually I will try to opt for the workout. Simply because I love how great I feel afterwards.
I find working out to be what helps me rid of my daily stresses. It clears my mind, shifts my focus and allows me to find the inspiration that sometimes I may be lacking. If anything working out makes it easier for me to later sit down and knock the project(s) I have been working on out of the park. It’s a great way to breakout of that so-called writer’s block that I for one sometimes experience.
I have never been one to head out to the gym or an aerobics class. Those just aren’t my thing. Nor do I find it motivating to visit the gym. Rather if anything it would deter me.
Seriously…. This would be the story of my life at the gym…
