This Winter my friend, Crys from Ideally Speaking, introduced me to Mitt Grips.
Mitt Grips are a clever little sleeve that you place over your child’s hand ensuring mitts stay on and snow stays out.
Being a very outdoorsy family, the Mitt Grips have come in very handy. We managed to have only lost a handful of mittens this year, as opposed to the dozen pairs that vanished last. The Mitt Grips have also offered a practical way to keep snow from sneaking it’s way up the sleeve of the jacket and into the mitt. They have truly made enjoying the great outdoors with the young’uns more tolerable, as they are not constantly whining that they’re cold. The kids are getting outdoors, having a ball while also staying warm. It has been a win-win all around.
Winter may soon be on it’s way out, but I just had to share a quick post with you about this amazing Canadian small business. If you pick up one outdoor accessory to store away for next Winter make sure it’s Mitt Grips!
