I am living in disbelief that October has already come and gone. Here we are 5 days into November! Seriously where has the time gone?!?

Last month, we had the delight of reminiscing about what we are thankful for, and this month our Southern neighbours have the chance to do the same.

Thanksgiving is a time that I will forever hold near and dear to my heart. This past Thanksgiving marked two years since I had last seen my Nana before she lost her battle with ALS.  To me Thanksgiving bears a new meaning. An importance of holding loved ones close, and cherishing your health.

For me each Thanksgiving is a great reminder that there is only one me in life, and to continue to be present. Putting myself first by eating healthy, exercise regularly and taking my daily multi-vitamin.

This year, I am thankful for many things. I am thankful for my family and friends. I’m thankful for the wide array of opportunities that I have had land in my lap. Most of all though, I am thankful to finally be able to hold Miss. Everly in my arms after dealing with 19 months of secondary infertility struggles.

Since Everly’s birth I have been more frivolous with staying on top of my health. I take an Orange Naturals Prenatal Multivitamin daily, and also turn to Orange Naturals Oil of Oregano at the first sign of any cold. However, I have to say since jumping on the flu shot bandwagon last year, my colds have become few and far between. This may be a fluke, you just never know.

As many of you know, I exclusively breastfeed Everly. Our breastfeeding relationship has been one that has had it’s struggles, but I’m proud to say we are heading on 8 months and our breastfeeding relationship only seems to be continuing to flourish. I have Orange Naturals Fenugreek to thank for that. Whenever I am in a moment where I think my supply might be diminishing, I add a few drops to tea, my breakfast smoothie or a glass of water a couple times a a day. Within days I will find it makes a drastic difference. Knowing that I am producing enough breast milk to provide for my daughter and giving her the antibodies she needs to build her immune system… what could be better?

With that being said… I have told you what I am feeling thankful for this year… Now it is your turn to tell me….

What are you thankful for this year?
