Recently I was introduced to Erica Ziel from Knocked-Up Fitness. Erica is the founder of Core Athletica Inc., and is one of Southern California’s most sought-after experts for fitness-infused Pilates and personal training.   • 21-days of a schedule workout plan, including new (never released) strength training PDF’s, cardio interval options, and combinations of workouts from Erica’s Functional Pilates-Infused DVD set and the free workouts already available on the Knocked-Up Fitness blog. Plus a separate workout assignment for pregnant moms, because yes this program is great for ALL mom’s, pregnant and not!

    love how she explains how to check your stomach muscles for separation, before you start working them after having a baby. I totally need to do this!

    I like that she acknowledges that your body may take a different shape post-baby, but that you can still make that shape hot 🙂
