Happy hump day!!
It’s that time again. The time to share my weekly meal plan with you all. I always love hearing about meals that other people put on their weekly meal plans. It inspires me in the kitchen.
Just last week as my husband was warming up his lunch, his colleague asked him what he was having. On that particular day James had brought leftover Smothered Beef Burritos in Homemade Enchilada Sauce for lunch. His colleague had immediately assumed that the meal was take-out. He was stunned to hear it was homemade. A lot of the men at James’ work are quite jealous that he comes home to a hot, homemade meal each evening. They assume I only take the time to research and prepare new dishes simply because I’m a stay-at-home Mom. I can tell you that is not the case! Even when I was a working woman, I came home, threw on the apron and got busy in the kitchen. I just love to cook and try new dishes! This week’s menu plan features a lot of that – new dishes.
Wednesday: Two Timin’ Tomato & Cream Sauce Macaroni & Cheese with a side of Caesar Salad
Thursday: Mini Mexican Pizzas
Friday: Slow Cooker Ribs & Wings with Oven Roasted Garlicky Parmasean French Fries
Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
Sunday: Turkey Sloppy Joes
Monday: Hamburger Hash
Tuesday: Bacon Cheese Burger Egg Rolls (I’ll only be making this if I can locate egg roll paper… Where the heck does one find this?)
