You know how they say you should never go to the grocery store starving?! Yea well the same should be applied to blogging about food post workout! Just don’t do it. Alas… here I am – post workout – sharing some delicious finds with you. My stomach is rumbling as I type.

One of my favourite meals is Peanut Butter and Chicken. We don’t get to enjoy it often, as my daughter has a peanut allergy… All that aside – I love to serve up this dish when we are having a date night-in or my daughter is enjoying a sleepover at Grandma’s.
The hubby and I will definitely be eating well tonight. Friday has hereby been deemed the night that we date at home. We always cook up a huge meal together after the kids go to bed, enjoy a few glasses of wine, music and conversation. On tonight’s menu we’ll be enjoying Slow Cooked Hickory Smoked Ribs, Southwestern Wings and Homemade Chili Cheese Fries. Yum!
