I’ve been really looking forward to this week. It’s the first meal plan in well over a month where I’ll be trying out new recipes. If you know me, you know I hate eating the same meal often. I grow easily bored of meals. When we were preparing for the move, we turned to the same easy dishes often. It was convenient at the time… However, I’m over that now!
This week on the meal plan we have:
- Buffalo Chicken Chili Mac ‘n’ Cheese (a Rachael Ray inspired recipe)
- Cajun Chicken Pasta
We’ll have leftovers throughout the week, as well. Grocery day is Thursday, so I’ll plan the weekend once the groceries are in house. That being said I’m also meant to be away at a Bachelorette party this weekend, so really… The meal plan will be non-existent from Friday through Sunday.
