I feel like I haven’t even collaborated a consistent meal plan in the last few weeks. Between the birthdays and family get togethers we haven’t really had a need to plan out anything other than a few nights each week. It’s been a nice break. Feels a bit strange though. This week will be much of the same.

Monday: Dinner at Boston Pizza for my son’s birthday
Tuesday: Chinese Take Out (The hubs is insisting we order in on Valentine’s Day. I can’t object to that!)
Wednesday: Spaghetti and meat sauce
Thursday: General Tao Chicken and Rice
Friday: Chicken Fried Rice
Saturday: Kidless weekend…. not sure if the hubs wants to stay in or head out for dins.
Sunday: See Saturday.

Honestly, I can’t wait to jump right back in to planning a proper menu plan next week. I love to cook and discover new recipes. I feel so deprived of that at the moment.
