The final few days of January are here. As always the month seems to have zipped straight on by. Usually I’m all for wishing that time would slow down. However, I can’t wait to bid farewell to January and welcome February with open arms. I’m truly excited for February. It’s going to be a fabulous month. My son and I both will be celebrating our birthday’s next month. It’s his 1st. I’m not even going to tell you how old I’m turning. He, he. I also have several friends due any day to welcome new additions to their families. I can’t wait to meet their little ones! There is just so much to look forward to. I thrive off of that!
Our menu plan this week is nothing huge. I have a bunch of birthday stuff going on this weekend, so we won’t have any real game plan for Saturday and Sunday. So that just leaves us with today and Tuesday through to Thursday.
Yesterday we spent a majority of the day working on household upgrades and renos. My hubster made it very clear that he wanted me to take it easy today and not worry about dinner. We have many leftovers in the fridge from dinners out over the weekend. He’s delegated those leftovers as our dinner for tonight. Fair enough. Just don’t tell him I cleaned like a mad woman today. Shh… keep that our little secret.
Monday: Leftover Smoky Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs or Chinese
