Why hello there?! So we meet again!

I’ve been out of the country for the past week. Arrived home late last night and finally just settling back into the swing of things. We had an amazing vacation. I could delve into all the details, but I’ll save that for another post entirely.

Being that it’s mid-week, I’d rather hold off on doing the groceries until the weekend when I can play catch up with all my errands. So for now that leaves me with all that I have sitting around my house to scrounge together a menu plan for the remainder of the week. Seems simple enough… No?

Tonight: Crock Pot Saucy Chicken with Stir Fry Veggies and Rice
Friday: Hamburgers and Poutine
Saturday: Lasagna
Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Penne

Time to get back on track and accountable!!

Happy eating!

I tried doing menus ahead one time and my husband would always break them by calling and saying he was bringing something home so we would not have to cook! Now I take it day by day. Some men!! Stopping by from the blog hop and now following your blog thru GFC and RSS Reader. I would love a follow back when you get the chance and while you are there enter my two giveaways that end next week and they have very low entries! Thanks so much for your help and have a great day!

    Hi Mary,

Thanks for stopping by my blog, and showing support. I’ve since visited your blog and started following you on GFC. I look forward to your posts.

It’s funny how men can be like that. We happened to fall into the same pattern when I was pregnant with Cameron. I found our visa bills racking up, and had to try to put an end to it… so I started menu planning again. Hoping I can stick to it this time. It definitely can be hard to stay on track.

    Have a great day!
